INGREDIENTS
- 7 stalks celery, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 pounds lean ground turkey
- 7 large carrots, diced
- 3-28 oz cans no-added salt tomato puree
- 1-28 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 3 cans no-added salt kidney beans
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2-4 tablespoons TABASCO® Sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- Chili Bar Toppings
- Diced red onion
- Shredded yellow cheddar
- Shredded white cheddar
- Diced green onion
- Corn chips
- Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- Any flavor of TABASCO® Sauce
- Sliced jalapenos
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pan, cook ground turkey while breaking up until no longer pink.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and cook carrots, celery and onion until soft, about 7 minutes.
- Add turkey into vegetables and add in tomatoes, tomato puree, kidney beans and all spices.
- Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Place any toppings you want in bowls to serve.
